The location of the project is good, but it is right in the middle of a highly-populated area of Central West Delhi, which is not a good thing for a luxury project like this. All the apartments will be provided in semi-finished conditions and only basic specifications. Any furniture, gadgets, interiors, or furnishings is not part of the apartment, and you have to pay extra for all these things.

Raheja Developers is developing this project under the PPP scheme with DDA (Delhi Development Authority), so one thing is clear there is no legal problem with this project. After possession, Leela Hotels will manage and maintain this luxury project, which is the best thing. All the residents can experience a 5-star hotel-like living style with all the best amenities and features in their homes.

Leela Sky Villas is one of the most ultra-luxury residential projects in Delhi NCR. This is a very good residential project if you live in Delhi and have 7.50 crores and above budget and can wait till mid-2025.
